Now she wonders if she should have warned her sister to steer clear of Sterling Club.
Lauren Ling Brown’s debut novel explores themes of identity and belonging, as well as sisterhood and the bonds of secrecy. Her plot, propelled forward in a dual narrative told by both sisters, is full of twists and shocking revelations. SOCIETY OF LIES is a thoroughly enjoyable read.
